Accounts Manager – ADGM Experience

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to join a newly established operation in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have proven ADGM experience and a strong background in international finance and accounting, working independently with minimal supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and manage finance and accounting processes for a new company.
• Oversee financial reporting, controls, compliance, and accounting operations.
• Manage day‑to‑day accounting activities and ensure accurate financial records.
• Support budgeting, financial analysis, and management reporting.
• Ensure compliance with applicable financial and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and implement effective finance processes and controls.
• Provide financial insights to support business decision‑making.
• Work independently and proactively to address financial and operational requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Previous ADGM experience is essential.
• Strong experience in international finance and accounting.
• Experience setting up finance and accounting functions for a new company.
• Strong knowledge of financial controls, reporting, and compliance.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
