About the role
The Accounts Receivable Specialist at Aloft Abu Dhabi ensures accurate financial record‑keeping and supports the hotel’s cash management processes. This position involves verifying entries, maintaining electronic spreadsheets, and preparing financial reports in line with company policies.
Key responsibilities
- Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper coding.
- Organize, secure, and maintain all files, records, cash and cash equivalents according to policies.
- Record, store, access, and analyze computerized financial information.
- Maintain accurate electronic spreadsheets for financial and accounting data.
- Prepare, maintain, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports.
- Complete period‑end closing procedures and issue bills, invoices, and account statements.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- At least 1 year of related work experience in accounting or finance.
