About the role
The Product Specialist – Home Finance will manage MIS for Real Estate Finance (REF) and Home Finance (HF) portfolios, coordinate incentive payments, and support business continuity and risk management activities. The role also involves preparing reports, dashboards, and supporting sales operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily and weekly MIS reports for REF and HF, including sales scorecards and performance dashboards.
- Prepare and track incentive payments, sales leads, and credit/loan monitoring.
- Coordinate Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and Operational Risk Management (ORM) activities, including RCSA reporting.
- Handle property valuations, insurance renewals, and related payments.
- Support product program renewals, CAPs reporting, and data updates for projects and developers.
Required profile
- University degree with at least 9 years of relevant experience in MIS, real‑estate finance or investment analysis.
- Strong command of written and spoken English.
Required skills
- Good computer knowledge (e.g., MS Office, reporting tools).
