Accounts Receivables Senior Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an analytical, customer‑focused senior consultant to manage complex accounts receivable disputes, deductions, billing discrepancies and collection issues. The role works closely with Billing, Collections, Sales, Customer Service, Finance and Operations to investigate disputes, maximize recovery and drive root‑cause improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and resolve a portfolio of complex AR disputes and customer deductions.
• Investigate billing discrepancies, short payments, pricing differences, delivery issues and contractual claims.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Liaise with customers on billing queries, collections and dispute resolution.
• Negotiate with internal and external stakeholders to maximize financial recovery.
• Monitor dispute aging, recovery rates, cycle times and other KPIs.
• Prepare dispute reports, dashboards and trend analyses for management.
• Provide guidance and coaching to junior analysts and support quality‑assurance reviews.

Required profile

• 2–4+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, AR disputes, collections or related finance operations.
• Strong understanding of AR processes, billing, credits, write‑offs and financial closing cycles.
• Proven ability to investigate and resolve complex customer disputes.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities and meet strict deadlines.
