ACES Specialist – Ultra Fast Grocery Operations

About the role

Join a newly formed team that designs and launches innovative business models for Amazon's ultra‑fast grocery service in the Middle East. As an ACES Specialist you will enforce Amazon policies, coach associates and drive excellence in productivity, quality and safety across delivery operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end operations for multiple small delivery sites on a daily basis.
• Supervise last‑mile operations, ensuring customer‑facing metrics are met while controlling costs.
• Maintain team safety, morale and performance through effective performance management.
• Develop and deliver training and development plans for riders.
• Continuously improve delivery processes and achieve sustained performance gains.
• Conduct daily 4M and 5S audits at the delivery station.
• Act as stand‑in for the Area Manager when required.

Required profile

• Fluent in spoken, written and read English.
• High school diploma.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and effective communication.
• Experience in managing or troubleshooting operational networks is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
