About the role
We are seeking an Admin Executive to join a leading interior fit‑out company in Dubai. The role offers an immediate start for candidates who can provide reliable administrative support and help maintain smooth office operations.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the team.
- Manage office operations, including communications and documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments to ensure timely execution of tasks.
- Maintain office supplies and oversee facility‑related requests.
Required profile
- Relevant degree or diploma.
- 1‑3 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Dependent visa holders are preferred.
