Admin & Finance Accountant (Dubai)

Golden Goose is a journey of love and authenticity, merging tradition and innovation. We are seeking a passionate talent to build our regional financial foundation. The role reports directly to the Regional Head of Finance (MEINA) and is based at our Dubai headquarters.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and code vendor invoices, retail expenses, and supplier bills into the corporate ERP system.
• Prepare and execute weekly and monthly payment runs via bank platforms, ensuring proper approvals and compliance.
• Monitor customer/wholesale balances, allocate incoming payments, and follow up on aging receivables.
• Maintain positive relationships with local and international suppliers, perform statement reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies.
• Support the senior finance team and Regional Head of Finance during month‑end closing, contributing to accruals preparation and reporting.
• Maintain organized physical and digital financial archives for internal controls and audit readiness.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of operational experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting, preferably in a dynamic retail or multinational environment in the UAE.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills, proactive problem‑solving attitude, and a team‑player spirit.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.

Required skills

• Basic bookkeeping and double‑entry accounting principles.
• Accounts payable processing workflows.
• Proficient use of MS Excel.
• Familiarity with modern accounting software or ERP systems.
