Admin Support – Wireline Services (UAE National)

About the role

Join the Wireline Services team in Dubai as an Admin Support professional. You will work closely with planning, finance, and service delivery teams to ensure smooth operations and accurate documentation for well construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate schedules and forecasts to support planning and forecasting processes.
• Assist with billing and invoicing activities, ensuring compliance with internal and customer requirements.
• Control job records, reports, and documentation, including customer‑related data.
• Coordinate between service delivery, finance, billing teams, customers, and external stakeholders.
• Track and report operational metrics such as planning accuracy, billing status, and backlog.
• Ensure timely communication and follow‑up on operational and customer requests.

Required profile

• 0‑3 years of experience in administrative support and coordination.
• Experience in oil & gas or industrial services environment is an advantage.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to handle internal and external stakeholders professionally.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work under pressure.
• Team‑oriented mindset with strong coordination skills.

Required skills

• SAP experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, advanced functions).
• Power BI experience (preferred).
