About the role
Ali & Sons is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily aftersales operations, coordinate service activities and ensure efficient communication between customers and internal teams. The position is based in Ras Al Khaimah.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries about repairs, maintenance and warranties.
- Schedule service appointments and follow up on customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate service records, warranty claims and departmental files.
- Prepare service reports, assist with invoicing and follow up on payments.
- Coordinate with customers, technicians, suppliers and internal departments.
- Monitor spare parts inventory and coordinate orders with Procurement.
- Provide general administrative and office support.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree.
- Administrative experience, preferably in aftersales, warranties or technical products.
- Strong organizational, communication, multitasking and problem-solving abilities, with excellent attention to detail.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
