Admin/Receptionist/Call Center Agent – Abu Dhabi

About the role

United Al Saqer Group is looking for a proactive Admin/Receptionist/Call Center Agent to support multiple departments in Abu Dhabi. The role combines front‑office duties, administrative support, and inbound call handling to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet visitors, manage reception area, and direct inquiries to appropriate departments.
• Answer and route incoming calls using the telephone system and CRM platform.
• Maintain and update records, files, and office supplies.
• Assist with data entry, reporting, and basic analytical tasks.
• Coordinate with internal teams to schedule meetings and handle correspondence.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English and Arabic.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new processes, products, and services.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a collaborative approach.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM systems for customer interaction tracking.
• Experience using telephone call‑handling equipment.
