Admissions Assistant – School Admissions Support

About the role

The Admissions Assistant will work closely with the Admissions Manager to deliver a professional, high‑quality admissions service for families in the UAE and abroad, supporting the school’s founding team.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and maintain accurate data in the student database from enquiry through enrolment.
• Produce and analyse admissions statistical reports to monitor targets and identify trends.
• Meet families daily, support the Admissions Manager and ensure timely handling of enquiries and applications.
• Provide general administrative support, respond to telephone and email queries, and process admissions documents.
• Assist with recruitment events, school tours, open days and virtual sessions to promote the school.
• Coordinate appointments and conduct interviews and testing as required.

Required profile

• Ability to work well under pressure with excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
• Proactive initiative, collaborative approach and willingness to cover the Admissions Manager when absent.
• Willingness to undergo enhanced child‑protection screening and background checks.
• Strong communication skills with families from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
