Advanced Lead Engineer - Fleet Management

About the role

GE Aerospace is seeking an Advanced Lead Engineer to support its fleet management operations in Dubai. The role focuses on enhancing service technology, integrating customer data, and ensuring engine and product reliability, availability, maintenance, and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the support of the installed base, including customer issue resolution, fleet issues, and service bulletin implementation.
• Maintain fleet data, manage outages, and oversee monitoring and diagnostics activities.
• Directly manage people, handling staffing, performance development, and team communication.
• Apply technical expertise and analytical thinking to execute policies, propose solutions, and lead low‑risk projects.

Required profile

• Advanced experience in engineering/technology and fleet management, comparable to a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills with demonstrated problem‑analysis ability.
• Proven ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs, supported by established project‑management skills.
• Experience acting as a resource for less‑experienced colleagues and guiding small project teams.
