Advisor - Safety Health And Environment

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Advisor – Safety, Health & Environment to lead safety initiatives across our sites in the United Arab Emirates. The role will act as the principal authority on occupational safety, health and environmental compliance, ensuring all activities meet UAE regulations and international best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify hazards, safety violations and improvement opportunities.
• Develop, implement and monitor site‑specific safety protocols, procedures and programs.
• Investigate incidents, accidents and near‑misses, document findings and recommend corrective actions.
• Deliver engaging safety training and awareness sessions for personnel at all levels.
• Maintain comprehensive safety documentation, records and reports for regulatory review.
• Collaborate with site management and operational teams to embed safety into daily operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in safety, health and environment management within construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of UAE occupational health and safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct thorough investigations and produce evidence‑based recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence a diverse workforce.
