Affiliate Lead - Digital Acquisition

About the role

Equiti, a fintech firm providing brokerage services in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, is looking for an Affiliate Lead (Digital Acquisition) for its Dubai office. The role grows and manages the affiliate channel to drive funded accounts and trading volume, overseeing the whole process from recruiting and negotiating with partners to monitoring performance and compliance. It is a key revenue role requiring strong commercial skills, performance marketing experience and knowledge of regulated trading environments.

Key responsibilities

• Define and run a scalable affiliate strategy aligned with revenue and profitability targets, and build a diversified partner portfolio including affiliates, influencers and comparison platforms.
• Sourcing, evaluating and onboarding high-value affiliates, leading negotiations, contract structuring and incentive alignment, and running business reviews.
• Own core affiliate KPIs such as FTDs, trading volume, CAC, LTV, ROI and retention, and optimise offers, landing pages and funnels.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies, monitor traffic patterns for fraud and brand misuse, and work with Compliance, Risk and Legal teams.
• Deliver daily, weekly and monthly reports, forecast channel performance and commission payouts, and coordinate with internal teams on campaigns and promotions.

Required profile

• 5+ years in affiliate marketing within CFDs, FX, online trading, crypto or iGaming.
• Proven track record of scaling affiliate revenue in a performance-driven environment.
• Strong commercial negotiation experience.
• Familiarity with compliance requirements in regulated markets.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of CPA, RevShare, hybrid models and LTV economics.
• Advanced analytics with Excel/Sheets, dashboards and attribution tools.
• Affiliate tracking platforms such as Tune/HasOffers, Impact or Everflow.
