Agile Coach – AVP – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach at AVP level to lead enterprise‑wide Agile transformation for a leading financial services client in Dubai. The role focuses on embedding Agile values, improving delivery performance and fostering a customer‑centric culture across cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coach Agile teams and senior leaders to adopt Scrum, Kanban and SAFe frameworks.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, retrospectives and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Design and deliver training sessions, workshops and coaching programs.
• Partner with leadership to drive cultural change and increase Agile maturity.
• Use metrics and data to monitor performance, identify bottlenecks and guide improvements.
• Champion best practices and ensure consistent Agile adoption across the organization.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Agile coaching and hybrid delivery environments.
• Fluent in Arabic and experienced working in the UAE.
• Relevant certifications such as CAC, CSP or SPC.
• Background in banking, fintech or product‑led environments is a plus.
• Strong facilitation, mentoring and change‑management capabilities.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
