Agile Delivery Manager – dnata Travel

About the role

The Agile Delivery Manager – dnata Travel will lead the end‑to‑end IT delivery portfolio for dnata Travel Group’s global leisure wholesale and Bedbank and Destination Management business, driving a major digital modernisation and platform transformation programme. The role is accountable for delivering strategic initiatives across multiple products, platforms and markets, leading distributed cross‑teams and partners across several countries.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate PI planning, reviews and other Agile ceremonies, coaching teams to optimise Release Train efficiency.
• Blend traditional project management with Agile approaches to balance agility and predictability (PMI‑ACP principles).
• Maintain agile tools such as JIRA, ScrumDesk and Confluence, ensuring backlog health and Definition of Done compliance.
• Support the Technical Product Manager in decomposing epics into feature backlogs and driving integrated programme planning.
• Remove impediments, mentor team members and promote a servant‑leadership culture.
• Define and champion continuous‑improvement processes, governance and metrics (velocity, defect rates).
• Assist with cost estimation, budgeting, total cost of ownership and forecasting for FY initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 8+ years of leadership and project delivery experience in a global, matrix‑ed organisation.
• Proven experience leading enterprise‑scale platform modernisation or digital transformation programmes.
• Certified SAFe and PMI‑ACP (additional certifications such as Prince2 or CSM desirable).
• Strong communication skills and ability to convey technical information to diverse stakeholders.
