Agile Delivery Manager

About the role

Emirates Group is looking for an Agile Delivery Manager to join its IT division in Dubai. You will lead scrum teams, drive agile ceremonies, and ensure high‑quality delivery of technology solutions that enhance customer experience and support revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as PI planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Blend traditional project management with Agile practices to suit initiative size and complexity.
• Create a safe, servant‑leadership environment where teams can raise issues without fear.
• Lead integrated programme planning and support the Technical Product Manager in breaking down epic roadmaps.
• Coordinate with portfolio teams across multiple business units to deliver high‑visibility projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading scrum teams in a fast‑paced, multi‑project environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, PI planning, and Lean Startup principles.
• Ability to coach and mentor team members to optimise delivery efficiency.
• Excellent communication and conflict‑resolution skills.

Required skills

• Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, PMI‑ACP principles).
• Servant‑leadership and team‑facilitation techniques.
• Programme and portfolio planning tools.
