AI Engineer (ERP)

About the role

We are looking for an AI Engineer to join a telecommunications defence technology company in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on designing and deploying production‑grade AI models that integrate with the on‑premise Oracle E‑Business Suite.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement AI models, including large language models, retrieval‑augmented generation and predictive analytics.
• Build and maintain robust Python‑based APIs to connect AI solutions with Oracle EBS.
• Collaborate with ERP and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless on‑prem integration.
• Monitor model performance in production and iterate for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in AI model development (LLMs, RAG, predictive analytics).
• Strong software engineering background with Python.
• Hands‑on experience with on‑prem ERP systems, preferably Oracle EBS.
• Willingness to work onsite in the UAE or relocate.
