AI Engineer

About the role

The AI Engineer will design, build, and optimise AI agents and digital human avatars that integrate seamlessly into enterprise workflows. This full‑time, on‑site position in Dubai focuses on developing machine‑learning models for real‑time interactions and task execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and train neural network and NLP models using frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Implement RESTful APIs, micro‑services and cloud integrations (AWS, GCP, Azure) to deploy AI solutions in production.
• Analyse data, recognise patterns and continuously improve agent behaviour and contextual intelligence.
• Collaborate with product, design and engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
• Document technical approaches and support enterprise customers during implementation.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in computer science, algorithms, data structures and modern programming languages.
• Hands‑on experience with neural networks, pattern recognition and NLP model fine‑tuning.
• Experience deploying AI solutions at scale, including monitoring, reliability and low‑latency inference.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning or equivalent practical experience.
