Enterprise Architect – Salesforce Field Service Transformation Program

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Architect to lead a large‑scale Salesforce transformation program covering CRM, Service, Field Service, Integration, Data and AI platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead migration from SAP CRM to Salesforce CRM while ensuring seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA.
• Define enterprise architecture across Service Cloud, Field Service (including offline mobility), MuleSoft, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud Next and future Agentforce adoption.
• Translate Asset Management business processes into scalable, secure solutions.
• Conduct architecture workshops, provide solution governance and align business and technology stakeholders.
• Present and defend solution recommendations to senior and CXO leadership.

Required profile

• 15+ years in Enterprise Architecture and large‑scale digital transformation.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce ecosystem, enterprise integrations and Asset/Field Service processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management, consulting and executive communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and architect complex enterprise solutions.
