AI Full-Stack Engineer Graduate – Corporate Service System Frontend

About the role

Join ByteDance’s Corporate Services Systems R&D team in Dubai as a graduate AI Full‑Stack Engineer. You will help design and build AI‑native corporate service applications that improve employee efficiency across procurement, travel, and workplace services.

Key responsibilities

• Understand corporate service scenarios and deliver end‑to‑end full‑stack features for business systems and AI‑native products.
• Build intuitive, high‑quality, highly available web applications that simplify complex workflows and expose AI capabilities.
• Design, develop, and maintain backend APIs, service logic, data flows, and system integrations using Node.js, Golang, Java, or Python.
• Own the full product lifecycle from implementation and testing through release, monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to the AI‑native transformation of business systems and the engineering of AI Agent capabilities and AI coding solutions.

Required profile

• Recent graduate able to start by the end of the year; availability and graduation date must be clearly stated.
• Willingness to work onsite in Dubai and to undergo a technical online assessment.
• Can apply to a maximum of two positions and will be considered in the order applied.
