AI Full-Stack Engineer Graduate (Frontend) - 2027 Start

About the role

ByteDance is recruiting a graduate AI Full-Stack Engineer (frontend focus) for its Corporate Services Systems R&D team in Dubai. The team designs and builds corporate service systems covering procurement, business travel and workplace services, and is transforming them with AI and building AI Coding solutions. Graduates are expected to start in 2027 and commit to an onboarding date by the end of the year.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end full-stack features for business systems and AI-native products, owning implementation, testing, release, monitoring, troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
• Build intuitive, high-quality, highly available and high-performance web applications that make AI capabilities accessible and reliable.
• Design, develop and maintain backend APIs, service logic, data flows and integrations using Node.js, Golang, Java or Python.
• Contribute to the AI-native transformation of business systems and the engineering of AI Agent capabilities, and help build AI Coding solutions.
• Improve frontend and full-stack infrastructure and developer tooling.
• Work closely with product managers, designers and engineers across frontend, backend and AI disciplines.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field, eligible for the 2027 campus hiring program.
• Hands-on backend project experience with at least one of Node.js, Golang, Java or Python, and the ability to build APIs, business logic and integrations.
• Experience with an AI-related project, research project, internship or independently developed application.
• Strong logical thinking, independent problem solving and proficient written and verbal English.
• Preferred: end-to-end full-stack project experience, backend service experience, AI-powered or Agent-based application experience, and experience improving performance or developer experience.
