AI Governance and Multi-Tenant Orchestration Intern

About the role

The AI Governance and Multi-Tenant Orchestration Intern will join Elchai Group’s Dubai headquarters to learn how to build, configure and operate isolated client branches within a governance orchestration platform. The role is a full‑time, on‑site position that starts with a three‑day trial followed by an eight‑week unpaid training pathway.

Key responsibilities

• Build and configure isolated client branches with separate data, roles and permissions.
• Work on request routing, narrowly scoped identities, tool permissions and human‑approval gates.
• Develop and test agent flows that require rule application and human sign‑off before execution.
• Document procedures, SOPs and audit logs to ensure traceability of actions per client.
• Validate the integrated voice/text interface (Pulse) respects branch permissions and knowledge bases.

Required profile

• Available for a full‑time, Monday‑Friday onsite schedule in Dubai.
• Willing to complete an unpaid training program with a performance‑based evaluation.
• Ability to work under direct supervision of the Technical Lead of Governance Orchestration.
