AI Marketing Automations Lead

About the role

Stitch is looking for an AI Marketing Automations Lead to own and accelerate its AI‑driven marketing engine. You will build, run and scale AI workflows that power outbound calling, lead handling, content creation and reporting, while also designing a repeatable content production system.

Key responsibilities

• Own the marketing AI stack, integrating Claude agents, ElevenLabs voice bots, lemlist/Twilio, Zapier/Make, HubSpot and social scheduling tools.
• Design and operate a content engine covering blogs, partner pieces, LinkedIn posts and sales collateral, handling editorial planning, AI‑assisted drafting and final editing.
• Identify manual bottlenecks in marketing processes and replace them with automation to save team time.
• Monitor and optimise AI spend, reporting token usage and cost per output while maintaining quality.
• Build and maintain automated dashboards and reports for pipeline, MQLs, channel and content performance.

Required profile

• 4+ years in marketing, content or marketing operations, with at least 2 years building AI or automation workflows in a commercial setting.
• Hands‑on experience with Claude, ElevenLabs (or similar), Zapier/Make, lemlist, Twilio, HubSpot and a social scheduling/monitoring tool.
• Strong B2B writing judgement and ability to produce content that resonates with senior financial‑services audiences.
• Understanding of LLM token costs and ability to optimise for efficiency.
• Service‑oriented mindset, comfortable being the go‑to person for automation requests.
