AI Marketing Manager (B2B E-commerce)

About the role

Luxodor Oils, founded in 2012, supplies premium Swiss fragrance oils across the MENA region and international markets. It is hiring a full-time, on-site AI Marketing Manager in Dubai to own marketing for its wholesale, B2B-focused e-commerce business. The role grows business clients and individual wholesale buyers through a Shopify store, LinkedIn, Meta and Google.

Key responsibilities

• Use AI tools to plan, produce and optimise campaigns, manage social media and content, and work closely with the sales team.
• Acquire and grow business clients and wholesale buyers through the Shopify store, LinkedIn, Meta and Google.
• Report on leads, cost per lead, online revenue and repeat orders.

Required profile

• 5+ years in digital marketing, with a strong B2B or wholesale focus.
• Proven experience generating leads and acquiring business clients through LinkedIn, email marketing and content.
• Hands-on experience growing a Shopify (or similar) e-commerce store selling to trade or wholesale buyers.
• 3+ years running performance campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads; LinkedIn Ads experience is required.
• Experience managing monthly ad budgets of USD 5,000 or more.
• Daily, practical use of AI tools for copy, visuals, video and analysis.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Must be able to work on-site in Dubai.

Required skills

• Email marketing and automation (Klaviyo, HubSpot or similar) and CRM-based lead nurturing.
• Strong analytics skills: GA4, Shopify analytics and campaign tracking.
• Experience in fragrance, cosmetics, raw materials or another B2B supply business is a strong advantage.

Candidates should include examples of B2B or wholesale campaigns they have managed, with results (spend, leads, cost per lead, revenue). Shortlisted candidates will be asked to complete a short practical task.
