AI-Native Scrum Master

About the role

The AI-Native Scrum Master will enable AI‑Native teams to adopt, apply and continuously improve an AI‑Native delivery model, acting as a shared resource across multiple teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and evolve the AI‑Native delivery model using SAFe, Lean, Agile, Scrum and Kanban.
• Coach teams to adopt the model, establish core practices and increase autonomy as they mature.
• Help teams define and use metrics for outcomes, flow, quality and health.
• Identify AI opportunities to automate repetitive work and improve decision‑making while maintaining human oversight.
• Facilitate resolution of impediments and systemic constraints, escalating when necessary.
• Build team capability through targeted coaching and facilitation.
• Capture and share learning across AI‑Native teams and the Lean‑Agile Centre of Excellence.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience coaching Agile teams in a complex enterprise environment.
• Proven ability to establish new teams or guide teams through adoption of new ways of working.
• Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
• Experience using Jira or similar work‑management tools.
