AI Performance Marketer

About the role

The AI Performance Marketer owns how people discover Propertysuite across ads, email, LinkedIn, landing pages and organic channels. You will combine AI tools with acquisition strategy to drive qualified consultations and bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition: design campaigns, manage budgets, create creatives, build landing pages and set up tracking.
• Own organic and outreach: craft email sequences, LinkedIn outreach, SEO content and other unpaid channels.
• Leverage AI for copy, creative variants, audience research and reporting to operate like a multi‑person team.
• Close the loop to revenue by tying every campaign to qualified CRM bookings, not just impressions.
• Commit to a monthly performance target, report results independently and adjust campaigns daily.

Required profile

• Proven performance‑marketing experience with measurable budget returns.
• Genuinely AI‑native: daily use of AI tools and can demonstrate work built with them.
• Comfortable with attribution, tracking and honest channel performance analysis.
• Self‑directed, fluent English and based in Dubai.

What we offer

• Two compensation packages: AED 4,000 base + full revenue share or AED 6,000 base + half revenue share.
• Revenue share from month four after meeting targets for three consecutive months.
