AI Solutions Engineer – Client‑Facing Role

About the role

Join EatEasy’s AI team in Dubai to translate client needs into functional solutions on our Agentic AI platform. This client‑facing position blends platform configuration, delivery coordination and ongoing client management.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain day‑to‑day client relationships, conduct regular check‑ins and handle escalations.
• Lead discovery workshops to capture business goals, processes, data sources and integration constraints.
• Convert requirements into agent use cases, workflow diagrams, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Configure agents, prompts, workflows and integrations; test and refine behavior against specifications.
• Collaborate with Product, AI and Engineering to clarify feature scope, track progress and validate delivery.
• Oversee onboarding, integration dependencies, UAT, issue resolution, training and go‑live readiness.
• Monitor post‑launch performance, adoption and client satisfaction; feed insights back to internal teams for improvement.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in solutions consulting, business analysis, implementation or technical customer success.
• Proven ability to turn ambiguous business requests into clear, testable requirements.
• Strong communication skills with a client‑focused mindset.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of large language models (LLMs) and AI agents.
• Experience with APIs, authentication mechanisms and webhooks.
• Familiarity with CRM integrations and other business system connections.
• Ability to configure, test and troubleshoot low‑code/low‑code‑like platforms.
• Understanding of prompting, knowledge retrieval, tool use, guardrails and human oversight.
