AI Video Creator – Onsite Dubai

About the role

Own the AI video pipeline for a $1B+ brand where media spend is already scaled and the key constraint is creative that converts on feed and page. You will work onsite in Dubai, leveraging AI tools to produce high‑impact video assets at volume.

Key responsibilities

• Own AI video production for cold‑traffic ads on Meta, TikTok and YouTube and product videos on Puffy.com, covering concept, script, image generation, motion, editing, compositing, colour and audio.
• Build a prompt and reference library for character and material consistency, produce direct‑response ads at scale, create realism‑first product videos, and iterate hooks based on CTR, hold rates and drop‑off data.

Required profile

• Direct‑response portfolio with measurable performance results.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain character and visual consistency across multiple AI‑generated shots.
• Hands‑on experience with AI video generation tools such as Veo, Kling, Runway, Seedance or similar.
