AI/ML Architect for Mintlayer Web Services

About the role

Mintlayer is seeking an AI/ML Architect to design the intelligence layer of its Mintlayer Web Services (MWS). The role focuses on turning Bitcoin UTXO data into actionable insights through predictive models, risk scoring, and automated labeling.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end AI architecture capable of processing high‑throughput blockchain data.
• Identify and implement key features from the Mintlayer network for risk‑scoring and liquidity models.
• Oversee production deployment and scaling of ML models within a Go‑based microservices environment.
• Collaborate with the Rust Core team to optimise data indexing for machine‑learning consumption.
• Stay ahead of Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) and agentic workflows to deliver cutting‑edge tools.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of professional AI/ML engineering experience, taking models from research to production.
• Strong proficiency in Python and solid knowledge of Go or C++.
• Experience with MLOps tools and cloud data processing frameworks such as Spark, Ray, or specialized vector databases.
• Ability to work with complex graph‑based data structures, specifically the UTXO model.
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai (or work remotely with structured flexibility).
