Air Conditioning Technician – Installation & Maintenance

About the role

ZENNER Middle East is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Technician to join its team in Ajman. The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning and chiller systems for commercial, residential, and industrial projects.

Key responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair AC and chiller systems.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of air‑conditioning and chiller equipment.
• Install and service chilled water AC systems, including associated piping and components.
• Diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC and chiller systems.
• Perform basic to intermediate electrical maintenance on panels, wiring, motors, contactors, relays, and other components.
• Read and interpret AutoCAD drawings, HVAC layouts, electrical schematics, and technical diagrams.
• Conduct regular inspections, identify potential faults, and ensure efficient, safe operation of HVAC systems.
• Maintain service records and report major faults to the supervisor while following safety procedures.

Required profile

• Diploma/ITI/Technical certification in HVAC, Refrigeration, Electrical or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience with AC, HVAC, chiller, and chilled water systems.
• Proven experience in commercial, residential, or industrial HVAC environments; GCC experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team.
• Immediate availability.
