Air Freight & Logistics Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an Air Freight & Logistics Coordinator to manage export and import air shipments from our Dubai hub. The role ensures smooth end‑to‑end operations, from booking to customs clearance, while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate air freight export and import shipments with clients, airlines, overseas agents and Ground Handling Agents.
• Prepare and process Air Waybills (AWB) and make airline bookings using online systems.
• Ensure all documentation, customs clearance and regulatory compliance are accurate and complete.
• Operate logistics platforms such as Dubai Trade, CargoWise or similar for shipment processing.
• Monitor shipment status, maintain trackers and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Handle invoicing, cost booking and reporting for each shipment.
• Identify and resolve operational issues proactively to maintain service quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience in air freight operations and international logistics.
• Strong knowledge of customs procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work with multiple parties and manage tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Air Waybill (AWB) preparation and processing.
• Airline booking systems (online).
• Dubai Trade platform.
• CargoWise or equivalent logistics software.
