About the role
Join Bombardier's new Abu Dhabi Service Center, a state‑of‑the‑art MRO facility opening in Q1 2027. The Aircraft Maintenance Planner will support daily schedule updates, work order creation, and resource allocation to ensure timely aircraft delivery and maintenance execution.
Key responsibilities
- Update the Aircraft Schedule and Manpower Chart daily, reallocating resources to meet delivery dates and demand.
- Create and manage work packages (Work Orders) in SAP and Pivotal for scheduled and drop‑in aircraft maintenance tasks.
- Forecast demand for spares, consumables, and outsourced inspections, coordinating with warehouse and supply‑chain teams.
- Review aircraft documentation (logbooks, service bulletins, ADs) and provide airworthiness recommendations to the Project Manager.
- Reconcile work packages at maintenance completion, issue certificates of release, and support invoicing and warranty claims.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Aviation Management or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
- Experience with aircraft maintenance planning and scheduling systems.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate across multiple projects and stakeholders.
