About the role

The Middle East Alliance Director will drive growth through Virtusa’s partnerships across the region, working closely with global alliance teams to deliver field engagement and partner‑focused go‑to‑market programs.

Key responsibilities

Develop and execute regional partnership plans aligned with growth priorities.
Drive field engagement to generate partner‑sourced deals and support co‑sell motions.
Plan and execute partner‑focused go‑to‑market programs with Partner Marketing and local sales leadership.
Lead regional alliance meetings and provide regular performance updates.
Monitor and report on alliance initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed.
Collaborate with marketing to create joint campaigns with key partners.
Manage and resolve conflicts or issues within partnerships.
