Alliance Management Specialist – MEA (Dubai)

About the role

On behalf of a global pharmaceutical company, we are seeking an Alliance Management Specialist for the Middle East & Africa hub in Dubai. The role serves as the operative backbone for licensing and distribution partnerships across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end contract lifecycle of licensing and distribution agreements, from onboarding through renewal to retirement.
• Track negotiation cycles and support drafting, review and negotiation alongside Legal.
• Monitor contractual obligations and ensure distributors and partners meet their commitments.
• Manage amendments and renewals, maintaining governance cadence, reporting and documentation.
• Coordinate cross‑functionally with Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, Regulatory and Compliance teams.
• Translate the contracted portfolio into clear, workable terms for the market.

Required profile

• 3+ years in alliance management, contract lifecycle management, licensing or commercial contracting in an in‑house setting.
• Hands‑on experience owning licensing and/or distribution agreements end‑to‑end.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, life‑sciences, medical‑device or healthcare distribution, or comparable B2B contracting in a regulated industry.
• Strong commercial literacy to read and manage contracts from a business perspective.
• Background in Law, Economics or an equivalent role.
• Proven cross‑functional coordination with Legal, Finance, Commercial and Regulatory teams.
• Fluent English (Arabic a plus) and based in the UAE or willing to relocate to Dubai.
