About the role
The Aloha Desk Talent (Russian Speaker) provides memorable guest experiences by handling check‑in, check‑out and a wide range of guest services throughout their stay.
Key responsibilities
- Process operational needs, guest requests, and reports.
- Assist guests with luggage, vehicle loading/unloading, and transportation to rooms or bell area.
- Maintain safety, confidentiality, and professional appearance while moving throughout the property.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior work or supervisory experience required.
Required skills
- Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lb unaided and up to 100 lb with assistance.
- Physical stamina for standing, walking, and navigating stairs or ramps for extended periods.
