AML Compliance Administrator

About the role

Driven Properties is looking for a detail-oriented and knowledgeable AML (Anti-Money Laundering) Administrator to join its compliance team. The role implements and monitors AML policies and procedures so that the firm complies with local regulations and best practices in the real estate sector, helping protect the integrity of the business and maintain trust with clients and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain AML policies and procedures in line with local laws and regulations.
• Carry out customer due diligence (CDD) and enhanced due diligence (EDD) on clients, ensuring documentation is accurate and complete.
• Monitor transactions for suspicious activity and report findings to the compliance officer.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on AML compliance and awareness.
• Maintain and update AML records and databases so that information stays current and accessible.
• Stay informed of changes in AML regulations and industry trends to keep compliance up to date.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in an AML or compliance role, preferably in the real estate sector.
• Strong knowledge of AML regulations, legislation and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and investigative skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with compliance software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work collaboratively across teams.
