Analyst, Business Planning – Gas Operations Support

About the role

The Analyst, Business Planning will coordinate and monitor business planning activities for the Operations division, ensuring timely and accurate information for management decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review short‑term and long‑term business plans, budgets and variance analyses.
• Coordinate ISO, BMS activities, audits and compliance, and support audit recommendations.
• Develop and update level‑3 and level‑4 procedures in line with ISO standards.
• Monitor spending against approved budgets, prepare monthly and weekly performance reports, and track action items from audits.
• Collaborate with all sections and departments to gather data, develop performance metrics and support cost‑optimization initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant discipline (Engineering preferred).
• Minimum 6 years of business planning experience in a large industrial setting, preferably Oil & Gas.
• Strong knowledge of gas processing plants and related streams.
• Experience with budgeting, costing and financial analysis principles.

Required skills

• Proficiency in ISO standards and audit processes.
• Knowledge of planning systems and tools used in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Ability to prepare and analyse budgets, cost trends and performance metrics.
