About the role
The Analyst will create process documentation, knowledge articles and self‑service guidance for IT services, while supporting project management tools and ensuring compliance with IT policies.
Key responsibilities
- Create and maintain process documentation, workflows, and knowledge articles for IT services.
- Collect and document business requirements for project and process improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate workflow modelling, conduct maturity assessments and identify improvement areas.
- Track major incidents, prepare post‑mortem reviews and extract data for high‑level analysis.
Required profile
- University degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 2‑3 years of experience with statistical languages/software and technical writing.
- Strong analytical skills, good communication and teamwork abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in statistical languages and statistical software.
- Hands‑on experience with data visualization tools.
- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, waterfall, iterative).
- Understanding of design thinking practices and Cloud/AWS platforms.
