Analytics Operations Manager – Remote

About the role

We are looking for an Analytics Operations Manager to lead and coordinate our analytics operations, reporting processes and data workflows across a fully remote, international environment. The role bridges business and technical teams to ensure timely, accurate, and actionable insights that drive performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day analytics operations, reporting processes and data workflows.
• Coordinate analytics projects and priorities across Data, IT, Finance, Operations, Marketing, Sales and other business units.
• Monitor delivery, accuracy and timeliness of reports and analytical outputs.
• Establish and improve processes for analytics requests, reporting and data delivery.
• Track key performance indicators and operational analytics metrics.
• Review dashboards, reports and analytical outputs for quality and consistency.
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Support data validation, data quality and reporting accuracy initiatives.
• Maintain documentation for analytics processes, reporting requirements and workflows.
• Prepare regular performance reports and operational updates for management.
• Assist automation and process‑improvement initiatives and help define best practices for analytics operations and reporting governance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, Operations or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, reporting, data or operations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and project‑coordination skills.
• Proficient written and verbal communication in English.
