About the role
C5i is looking for an experienced Appian Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of credit workflow applications. The role blends hands‑on full‑stack engineering with technical leadership, ensuring robust architecture, high performance, and reliable production support.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of applications on the Credit Platform using Appian BPM.
- Own application architecture, solution design, and production support activities.
- Drive performance optimization and tuning of Appian solutions.
- Provide technical leadership to the delivery team, enforcing engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to integrate APIs and enterprise systems.
Required profile
- 7–9 years of overall experience with strong Appian BPM development expertise.
- Full‑stack engineering skills in Java, SQL and API integration.
- Proven ability to own architecture and provide production support.
- Technical leadership and solution design experience.
- Banking or credit workflow domain experience is a plus.
- Appian certification (Lead Developer or Senior Developer) is desirable.
