About the role
As an Apple Retail Expert you will be the face of Apple in the store, helping customers discover and purchase Apple products and services. You will deliver an exceptional, inclusive experience that reflects Apple’s values and drives top‑performing sales.
Key responsibilities
- Engage customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate Apple products, services, and ownership options.
- Stay up‑to‑date on Apple’s product portfolio, services, and purchase options, and communicate updates to the team.
- Support peers by sharing product knowledge and assisting with sales opportunities across the store.
- Maintain accuracy in transactions, follow Apple’s sales processes, and adhere to store guidelines.
- Provide additional customer service support in other store areas as needed.
- Promote an inclusive environment by respecting differences and embodying Apple’s diversity values.
Required profile
- Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays in line with business needs.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or a related customer‑facing role.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
