Application Support Analyst - IT

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking an Application Support Analyst to join its IT Administration Team. The role focuses on ensuring high system uptime, providing on‑call support, and collaborating with multiple IT groups to deliver reliable services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑call support for business process owners and resolve incidents and service outages promptly.
• Oversee problem‑management processes, perform level‑3 technical troubleshooting, and coordinate minor technology projects.
• Collaborate with development, first‑ and second‑level support, and engineering teams to refine processes and maintain system integrity.
• Maintain accurate support documentation, assist users in gathering requirements, and participate in testing and lab simulations.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of progressive experience in information systems, application support, or related business‑unit roles.
• Hands‑on experience with Windows‑based enterprise applications and strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a team‑oriented mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
