Application Support & Labor Reporting Manager

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking an Application Support & Labor Reporting Manager to join its Workforce Administration team. You will provide functional support for UKG Pro Workforce Management and Virtual Roster, and develop labor reporting and analytics to drive operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day functional support for UKG Pro WFM modules, Virtual Roster and related workforce applications, handling user queries, system issues and enhancement requests.
• Develop, maintain and enhance labor reports, dashboards and data views; produce regular and ad‑hoc reports on headcount, scheduled/actual hours, overtime, leave, labor cost and productivity.
• Validate and reconcile labor data across systems, support labor forecasting and workforce planning, and prepare management presentations on labor trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
• 3‑5 years experience in workforce systems support, labor reporting or HR analytics.
• Hands‑on experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management and Virtual Roster.

Required skills

• UKG Pro Workforce Management (Timekeeping, Scheduling, Absence Management, etc.)
• Virtual Roster
• Advanced Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data validation, lookups)
• Power BI, SQL or similar data‑visualisation/reporting tools
