Appointment Setter – Remote B2B Outreach

About the role

Jamieson Group is seeking an experienced Appointment Setter to join its business development team. Working remotely from the UAE, you will support outbound prospecting across Africa, the Middle East and Europe, focusing on senior executives in the mining and related sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Make proactive outbound calls to C‑level and senior mining executives.
• Introduce Jamieson Group clearly, generate interest and secure qualified meetings for senior leadership.
• Navigate gatekeepers such as receptionists and executive assistants to reach decision‑makers.
• Follow up prospects via phone, email, LinkedIn and other appropriate channels.
• Research target companies and contacts before outreach.
• Maintain accurate call, contact and meeting records in the CRM.
• Consistently meet agreed call activity, meeting and performance targets while working remotely.

Required profile

• Proven experience in cold calling, appointment setting or outbound B2B sales.
• Comfortable speaking directly with CEOs, Presidents, COOs, VPs and other senior decision‑makers.
• Strong telephone manner, persistence and resilience in a target‑driven environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, stay accountable and manage activity remotely.

Required skills

• Experience using a CRM and maintaining accurate activity records.
