Arabic Content Creator (UGC Video)

About the role

We are looking for a creative Arabic Content Creator who specializes in user‑generated‑content (UGC) style videos. You will produce engaging short‑ and long‑form video assets for social‑media clients, working closely with our in‑house production team in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Create and edit both long‑ and short‑format videos for social media and digital platforms.
• Enhance footage with lighting adjustments, color grading, and sound correction during post‑production.
• Film on‑set and on‑location using handheld or mobile devices, setting up rigs, microphones, lighting, and props.
• Collaborate with creative teams and clients to plan shoots, develop storyboards, and execute concepts.
• Develop basic motion‑graphics and After Effects skills to raise video quality.
• Deliver projects on time while managing client expectations in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Videographer, or similar role in a social‑media or agency setting.
• Proficiency with mobile‑based editing tools, especially CapCut.
• Strong knowledge of mobile shooting techniques (framing, lighting, audio).
• Basic familiarity with After Effects and motion graphics, or willingness to learn.
• Ability to conceptualize, storyboard, and execute creative video ideas.
• Excellent time‑management, communication, and collaboration skills.
