About the role
We are looking for an Arabic‑speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. You will be the primary point of contact for Arabic‑speaking customers, providing clear, empathetic assistance and ensuring a positive experience across email, chat, and phone channels.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Arabic (and English when required) via email, chat, or phone, delivering accurate product and service information.
- Troubleshoot and resolve common issues, identify root causes, and guide customers to solutions; escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams.
- Document all interactions in the CRM system, track open cases, and follow up to guarantee timely resolution.
- Maintain high‑quality communication standards, handle complaints professionally, and flag recurring problems for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams, participate in training sessions, and stay updated on product, policy, and procedural changes.
Required profile
- Fluent in written and spoken Arabic with good English proficiency.
- Strong communication, empathy, and patience when dealing with customers.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and work independently from a remote location.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital tools; previous customer support experience is a plus.
Required skills
- Familiarity with email, chat tools, and CRM systems (preferred).
- Reliable high‑speed internet connection and a personal computer or laptop with an up‑to‑date operating system.
