Arabic & Islamic Educator – Early Childhood

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Arabic & Islamic Educator to join our Business Bay campus in Dubai. You will integrate Arabic language and Islamic education into daily learning experiences, supporting both native speakers and children learning Arabic as an additional language.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging Arabic lessons that develop listening, speaking, vocabulary and early literacy.
• Plan and teach age‑appropriate Islamic education in line with UAE and KHDA requirements.
• Integrate Arabic and Islamic themes into storytelling, music, play, projects and classroom inquiries.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to align language learning with the broader curriculum.
• Observe, document and assess children’s progress, contributing to portfolios and family updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Arabic, Islamic Studies, Education or a related field with qualifications eligible for KHDA approval.
• Minimum 1–2 years experience teaching young children in an early‑years setting.
• Strong command of Modern Standard Arabic and proficiency in English.
• Ability to work with children of varying Arabic proficiency levels.
• Valid UAE work permit, police clearance and willingness to obtain Pediatric First Aid certification.
