Arabic Receptionist – Barsha Heights

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Arabic‑speaking Receptionist to join our team at Premier Inn in Barsha Heights, Dubai. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth check‑in and check‑out experience while upholding our brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, visitors and suppliers, answering phone calls in a courteous manner.
• Handle reservations, cancellations and payments accurately, following cash‑handling procedures.
• Provide information on promotions, room rates, local attractions and events.
• Maintain the reception area, manage correspondence, emails and filing.
• Communicate guest requests and complaints to relevant departments for prompt resolution.
• Ensure guest safety in line with hotel safety guidelines.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of experience as a hotel receptionist in a front‑office environment.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with strong communication abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, both independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive, organized and detail‑focused.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Opera PMS.
• Fluent Arabic (speaking, reading and writing).
