Arabic-Speaking Accountant

About the role

Mealis is looking for a detail-oriented Arabic-speaking Accountant to support its financial operations. The role ensures accurate reporting, timely transactions and effective management of accounts receivable and payable.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and perform bank reconciliations.
• Manage customer invoicing, collections and account reconciliations.
• Process supplier invoices, prepare payment schedules and reconcile vendor accounts.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and audit preparation.
• Work with sales, supply chain and other internal teams to ensure accurate invoicing and effective credit control.

Required profile

• Arabic language proficiency is required.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related field.
• 1 to 5 years of accounting experience.
• Experience in distribution or medical equipment businesses is an advantage.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ERP systems and financial reporting.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills and communication abilities.
